Fat: 17.10g | Prot: 46.15g | Carb: 136.96g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, coffee, dean low fat cottage cheese, Lite Mixed Fruit, splenda. Dinner:  1% Lowfat Milk, apple, Whole Wheat Pasta w/ Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  blueberries, grapes, splenda, tea, water.
