Fat: 19.11g | Prot: 41.10g | Carb: 88.01g.   Breakfast:  all bran choco, all bran flakes, curd, Mixed Berries, Spcial K Active. Lunch:  Luttuce, Philadelphia Natural, light, Tuna in water, Whole Meal Cracker. Dinner:  fresh perline with ham, Gorgonzola, Luttuce, pine nuts, spinach, frozen. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Water.
