Fat: 9.46g | Prot: 72.12g | Carb: 215.07g.   Breakfast:  All-bran Flakes, crispy bran, Green Tea, lemon juice, optimel, Special K Active, summer berries. Lunch:  Cucumber, Luttuce, Pineapple, Tangerine, Tomato. Dinner:  Chestnut Mushrooms, Luttuce, potatoes, Steak, teriyaki sauce. Snacks/Other:  Water, Whole Meal Cracker, Whole Meal Cracker, Xtra Slimm Cheese.
