Fat: 9.46g | Prot: 72.12g | Carb: 215.07g.   Breakfast:  summer berries, crispy bran, All-bran Flakes, Special K Active, optimel, lemon juice, Green Tea. Lunch:  Luttuce, Tangerine, Tomato, Pineapple, Cucumber. Dinner:  Luttuce, potatoes, teriyaki sauce, Chestnut Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Whole Meal Cracker, Water, Whole Meal Cracker, Xtra Slimm Cheese.
