Fat: 49.55g | Prot: 59.22g | Carb: 222.12g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, dole juice, honey, oat bran. Lunch:  chicken noodle soup. Dinner:  bacon, steak, grilled. Snacks/Other:  grape, Hersheys kisses, Propel Fitness Water, raisin.
