Lunch:  Baby Spring Mix, blue cheese crumble, Hot & Spicy Tofu, lentil pepper soup, red peppers, water. Dinner:  Brown Rice Spicy Tuna Avocado Roll, water. Snacks/Other:  California Clementine, water.
