Dinner:  water, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), egg white, Eggland's Best Eggs, Pam olive oil cooking spray. Snacks/Other:  California Clementine, Low Fat 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, water.
