Ideal Protein Diet Works great BUT it's EXPENSIVE, BORING, FOOD PACKETS are for the most part YUCK! I did lose 11lbs in 8 days however. I recommend finding out all you can about it and then create a protein diet of your own based on it's core values. (i.e., extremely low carbs, high protein and pretty much no sugar). Trust me, you WILL lose the weight
Stick with the program, because it really works.
set a timer! if you dont youll grabbing for anything. always carry a cut up bar so you can snack when you feel hungry
eat salads! cucumbers lean chicken when you fee; hungry. sugar is the thing thats got us trapped. like heroin we need to detox. otherwise we will fall back into hell real quick.
Take food with you when travelling (salad items cut up in a cooler) and have the ready made drinks and snacks on hand. Had to skip lunch due to travel, but had snack on hand so I was fine.
