Make sure you eat enough calories so that your body does not go into starvation mode. If you allow that to happen then you will not see much progress on that scale. Also make sure you eat before you work out for the same reason. When you sleep your body is fasting and if you work out on that empty stomach then your body enters into starvation mode. Good luck!
