Try to make all your snacks protein rich so they carry you for at least 2 hours.
well I lost another lb and all I prayed for was 1 lb per week, and so far so good , I guess I don't think about weighing because I just don't notice it yet . but I keep going because I do not want to start over again , it is now in my mind that it is food to survive and how I choose to use my calories , I refuse to give them away to stuff that are a lot of bad so I keep it to the good. I do get tired of counting all the time but I will because it is still my choice to eat what I want to later I will add stuff back and find out what I can enjoy and some days go a little crazy as long as I hold it to 1500. now it is 1200 and that is pretty for now even at 1200 I get a pretty good choice
