I needed a new breadfast idea that did not include milk becasue I take a thyroid medicine(no calcium in am)so I put a Tbsp of peanut butter on a Fiber One bar.

Substituting cokes for water, iced tea, or OJ has really made a difference. Also, portioning out was tedious for me, so I just went by references, like I figured one of the spoons in my house was actually the size of 2 tbsp, so it became super easy to figure out how much i should have of what, and stored the rest for later. Been working great!
