PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that is much lower in calories than real peanut butter. I like to put it in my smoothies or dip celery in it.

Weight may go up and down from day to day, but don't give up. I can do very little exercise due to health. Therefore, weight has been coming off "veeerrrrry" slowly. On the upside, I have lost 30 lbs. in a little over 2 years and am keeping it off. Weight fluctuates up to 5 lbs. sometimes in a day. If it goes over a certain point (my stopping point), I try to eat a lot less that day. No sodas and no sweet tea in over 2 years. I have even learned to like black coffee!

Be aware of hidden carbs; become a label reader. In his original book, "Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution", he stressed the need to keep our "Carbohydrate Spectacles" on. There are hidden carbs in many of the processed foods that we eat, and if you aren't a label reader, they can add up pretty fast; so keep your eyes open, and your Carbohydrate Spectacles on.
