This is more of a general tip, don't deprive yourself entirely of the treats you like, have a small controlled amount every so often, that way you are less likely to binge when the guy next to you is eating your favourite 'not in the diet' food.

That is a great tip, another tip: if you do have a piece of chocolate or a treat you wish to indulge on, take a small piece, hold it up to your nose and inhale the smell of it very slowly, then take a small bite of it and let it slowly roll around in your mouth, this way you can savor it more, and make it last longer.

I agree! Give your self a cheat meal every week. Make a special going out with your loved one or friend night. This will make you stay focused during the week because you know that you will have that special cheat meal.
