20596's Tip, 10 May 2013

I actually lost 4.5kg in 5 weeks by eating lots of heated veggies and potatoes and a small fist width of steak or other meat/protein with the fat cut off of the steak at dinner (6 o'clock (never past 7 o'clock)). Then for breakfast (7:30am) I would eat 4-6 Weet-Bix with normal milk half fulled the bowl and then a very small pinch of brown sugar or yoghourt. For morning-tea (10:30 or 11:00am) I have a salad sandwich or jam sandwich. Then at (1:30 or 2:00pm) I will have the same as at morning-tea again or similar or fruit (even switched between morning-tea and Afternoon lunch) then at 4pm I will have a Banana or similar. During this cycle I drink quarter of my Pump bottle 1.25Ltr filled with water from the tap during each meal, except the 4 o'clock! If I am hungry a little I don't eat to take away the hunger I drink a Milo, Coffee or Tea depending on where I am at the time. Every second day I also run as much as far as I can, then take a small 5 minute break and then run home. -Try not to eat breakfas
