xita65's Tip, 30 April 2013

I am eating a lower carb diet, eating lean meat and lots of low starch vegetables like green beans, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach, kale, different types of lettuce, onions, garlic etc. as well as eating apples, oranges, grapefruit, different types of berries. I also eat low-fat cottage cheese and some nuts. I am going to modify my diet a litle more and try to add more vegetable smoothies.
