no wheat for me's Tip, 20 March 2013

I've started to use chia seeds as a thickener .working good so far but I've only used it to make rhubarb sauce.Sweetened with stevia makes it really low calorie. The only thing that is high in calories in it is raisins but it helps to sweeten and makes it really taste good. Like it with ripe strawberries instead of the grapes too
