xxkakashigrlxx's Tip, 20 March 2013

1- Try not to snack more then once a day. When you do have that once a day snack make sure its fruit or veggies and not chips or candy. 2- I go to ALOT of movies at the theatre and they offer so many yummy and tempting snacks and the sodas are HUGE. I have been buying a large water bottle and bringing a small baggie of apple slices. Every once in a while just as a treat to myself I will get a small soda and a small box of candy. 3- I have noticed that when my family eats their meals they say they are full but then continue to eat what is left of their plates. If you are full dont continue to eat the rest of your meal!!
