Not everyone can advance through OWL and later phases. Especially if you started the diet due to cocerns about your blood sugar, you may need to stick pretty closely to induction. Check some references on the ketogenic diet, and don't try to limit the amouont of nonstarchy vegetables, and the weight loss will happen and your blood sugar can be stellar.
