I recently read an updated diet plan for Atkins with more emphasis on fats to proteins to carb ratio. I adjusted my intake the last three days and it actually showed up on the scales.... don't know if it would work for everyone.

Induction should be 65% Fat, 30% Protein, & 5% Net Carbs ~~ this is what I read on someone's profile. But I am not sure how to figure it or if it is what you mean ???

A friend said she checked in the Atkins Community (on the Atkins site) and she was told the ratio is 65% fat, 25% protein and 10% net carbs. Now I'm confused.

Yes I read the same thing and I am trying that as well...less protein.

Exact numbers are going to fluctuate a little person to person. Use the 65/30/5 as a starting block, then fiddle if you're not getting the results you should. One person will need more fat, another more protein. There is no one-size-fits-all answer, so use the guides as a ballpark figure.
