Veggie sticks & hummus have been a low-calories healthy alternative for me--especially when I want something cruncy--like CHIPS!! Apples, grapes, and sliced strawberries are perfect for curing my sweet tooth cravings. Maintaining the calories can be tough--but making healthier choices allows me to eat more food without eating a ton of calories!
