Beeb's Tip, 04 March 2013

Eating "regular meals" may be hard for some of us, including myself, who tend to overeat so I'm starting to watch what I'm eating and listening to my body at the first sign of "I'm full now" and then I just stop. My eyes are ALWAYS bigger than my stomach, I'm learning!!
