SELouisiana's Tip, 19 February 2013

I eat a teaspoon of peanut butter to kill my hunger during times im not supposed to eat which for me is after 7pm. And i drink a few gulps of water if im still hungry after that time too. They both work most of the time. When that doesnt work, I just tell myself NO and then think abt fitting into my smaller clothes right after that. Hope that helps someone.
