Frikkzor's Tip, 15 February 2013

Dont know whats up with these "no bread" when dieting thing, atleast for me i eat 2 breads slices a day, mostly in the morning and at lunch, im still loosing weight! loosing 1-2 kg/ 2.2 - 4.4 lbs in one week
