EMACG's Tip, 05 February 2013

Tracking EVERYTHING that goes into your mouth keeps you accountable, I keep my tracker on the microwave just inside kitchen door so I can't leave the kitchen without writing down what I've had. I also weigh all foods that are not zero heros. At the end of the day I write down my steps taken on w/w pedometer so I try to do better the next day.
