Hevkee's Tip, 03 February 2013

I never realized how integral water is to a healthy diet! Drink all the water! People should be drinking at least 8 cups of water daily. I find it impossible to get through the day without at least 6 cups now. Also, salt is incredibly important. I've had a couple of black out scares just because with all my fervent dieting and controlled eating, I passed on the salt! Salts and sugars are necessary in your diet, just not in excess.
