Amen! I have more food in my fridge than ever before! There all things I can eat. If I didn't have food around I could eat I would surely find something uber carb-y instead. This tip is so basic yet so important!

yes! I also find it helps to have a grocery list template that includes all the good stuff, so I don't forget any, but none of the carby foods.
