Italian Gramma's Tip, 19 January 2013

i followed my points. down the 5 lbs i gained for christmas time , finding alot of low point foods. made a mixture of potatoes,alot of veggies, a scattering of ground turkey and low fat cheese. 92 points but cut down to 24 servings it is 3 points and i have 5 crackers for 2 points on side and a 3 point 100 cal pack fudge stripe cookies for dessert and ice water and i am full for lunch. i have sandwich thins only for bread or low point crackers and don't miss fritos or tortilla chips.. always read the hungrygirl site for new info on foods too
