Although many suggest to slowly transition into a primal/paleo diet and lifestyle, I have found for me that jumping in 100% works better. I am not good with anything vague or "grey areas"...a little of this or that...anything left open for interpretation...
Now, that being said, Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint encourages an 80/20 approach...whereas you aim for 100% and satisfyingly land at 80%. So I guess my whole point here is...dive in! The first few days (actually it was about day 3 for me) can be slightly uncomfortable as you withdraw from sugar, simple carbs and junk...but it's so worth it, cause after that? Poof...the cravings are GONE! Really! So...good luck and enjoy your journey!
