brown rice fills u up...have brown rice and broccoli for dinner or cut up red, orange and yellow sweet peppers and cook with 2 teaspoons of butter and garlic or 1 teaspoon of olive oil in frying pan till soft. add to brown rice, mix and eat. do this 2x a day for 5 days for lunch and dinner.
