dilemadiet's Tip, 28 December 2012

I just found out that I have sensibility to gluten. I could not lose weight and my cholesterol was in the 400 and my bad was 230. I remove flour from my diet since i started this challenge. Since i did that my cholesterol when down to 220 and my bad 168 is high but is better. (no medication)
