1 large zucchini halved long way (about 5 calories), sprinkle with garlic salt & peper to taste. In pre heated oven to 350, cook for about 20 minutes. Then pull out, sprinkle about 1/8 cup of shredded parmesan cheese (about 50 cals), and a little dried basil. Top with a few pieces of Italian blend stewed tomatos (about 35 calories)put in oven for another 5-8 minutes. top with another 1/8 cup of parmesan (50 cals) about a 140-150 calorie meal, and is very filling. I like to top mine with serache hot sauce or something spicy. Hope you enjoy!
