sunshine1218's Tip, 17 July 2012

I drink a healthy low carb drink in the mornings. For lunch I eat a protein, vegetable, and a little fruit. For dinner I eat a protein, vegetables. I eat on time everyday. @ 10am 2pm 6pm That way I never get over-hungry. If I feel like a snack after 6pm, I eat a low carb one or a tablespoon of peanut butter. I get on my Total gym about 5 times a week and do at least 2 exercises each time. I also take walks as much as I can.
