Drink plenty of water, at least 50% of your body weight but try to aim for 66%. Eat a well balanced breakfast in the morning to set your day up. I have a My Fit Foods breakfast or my variation of it in the mornings. Aim for gluten free products and meals, you will feel much better after eating it and throughout the day.
