Current rating:  Sweet treat: 0 carbs - sounds weird but, it is delicious:
2 oz plain Pork Rinds
2 Tablespoons melted Butter
2 Tablespoons Sugar Substitute (Equal/Splenda,etc)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon or more to your preference
Place Pork Rinds in zip loc bag or shallow bowl; poor cooled melted butter to coat rinds; add sugar substitute and cinnamon and shake.
Enjoy!
