grapefruit juice/vinegar does work for metabolism, you don't really taste the vinegar, the grapefruit juice covers it up pretty good, so you need to try -1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice and 2 tbs apple cider vinegar right before your meals, or at least three times a day. Also try some liquid b12 under your tongue at the same time. You will get a good little boost to keep you going through the day.
