Body Bliss's Tip, 19 May 2012

Really like how the new WW points total is 26 instead of 29. It really works when I track food pts in my notebook. For lunches at work, have been bringing cut up veggies and keeping a container of hummus in our staff fridge. And since the daylight savings change, decided to run outside for 30 to 40 minutes before work most days.
