2 point Protein Shake so yummy and filling! 1/4 cup each blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries. 1 banana. 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup fat free milk. 1/2 to 1 cup water. Blend! (add 1 tbsp psyllium husks to get your fiber and helps clean your colon!)
