Not to sound like a broken record, but eat your veggies. I've been focusing on proper meals more than just meat and such this go around and I feel about a thousand times better while staying in ketosis.

Just be sure your veggies are low carb and if you are carb resistance or have metabolic syndrome you may need to maintain a very low carb (<20 gm/daily) to stay in ketosis
