Ya I am quitting Medifast The program was not for me and I hated having to buy the food

Medifast is not for everyone, I understand that, but if you work the program, the program will work for you the key to Medifast is to follow the plan as directed.

I agree 100%, if you follow the program, it works. The food seems like a lot but I've actually saved money because I don't eat out the way I used to or buy junk food. The program can be hard to follow but I feel better than ever and less tempted than I used to be.

I have quit programs before because of food cost (JCraig), I figured no matter what the cost the ease of automating my food habits is well worth it. Just find what foods you like. I like dark chocolate shake, Mint Crunch Bar, honey mustard pretzels. I keep a stock pile at work and home. I have been at it for 5 months doing about 2.8lbs a week avg.
