Focus on the "why" you want to lose the weight! Each time you are tempted to "cheat", remember you jeopardize the progress. Also use "reachable" goals...rather then the big picture 75 lbs..., focus on 5 lbs at a time. Celebrate each of the steps ( ie 10;bs down in month 1), rather then the negative "I still have 65 lbs to go"..small steps , it's a journey , be patient with yourself and your body.
