Slim4Fun2010's Tip, 09 May 2012

Try a fruit smoothie. 3/4 Cup fruit of your choice (my favorites are raspberry, strawberry or pineapple) 1/2 C water and 3 ice cubes. Add 1 tspn honey, if required, for sweetness. Blend and enjoy!
