The secret of the diet (at least working for me) is to make sure you follow it by the book. Nuts which I snack on during the day should be raw or dry roasted with no salt to only get the fat from those, which does fill you up faster. Veges have little calories, but hardly filling. Still, they provide vital nutrients and should be eaten with something high in protein, fiber, or anything that's fills fast. Avoid foods that are processed, fried, or with unhealthy fat added.
