Came up with a new yogurt/meal shake combo yesterday. I'll admit I have no clue what calorie load this had but it was delicious and filling. 1 serving vanilla greek yogurt 2 scoops cookies and cream meal shake 1-2 tablespoons of quick cook oatmeal 1-2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple It came out tasting a bit like pineapple upside-down cake.

that does sound good!!! Have you tried the pumpkin spice herbalife shake? Very tasty, I add extra cinnamon and nutmeg with vanilla soy milk and ice.
