Мясо с овощами в собственном соку.

Directions

  1. Мясо нарезать кубиками.
  2. Все овощи нарезать кружочками, капусту крупной соломкой.
  3. Уложить слоями в казан или чашу мультиварки.
  4. Лук, нут, мясо, картошка, морковь, баклажан, перец болгарский, кабачок, помидоры, капуста. Каждый слой можно чуть посолить и добавить специй по вкусу.
  5. Добавить немного воды и поставить в мультиварке на режим тушение, время 90 минут.
  6. В казане довести до кипения, потом на маленьком огне 1,5-2 часа.
