- Мясо нарезать кубиками.
- Все овощи нарезать кружочками, капусту крупной соломкой.
- Уложить слоями в казан или чашу мультиварки.
- Лук, нут, мясо, картошка, морковь, баклажан, перец болгарский, кабачок, помидоры, капуста. Каждый слой можно чуть посолить и добавить специй по вкусу.
- Добавить немного воды и поставить в мультиварке на режим тушение, время 90 минут.
- В казане довести до кипения, потом на маленьком огне 1,5-2 часа.
