- Começar por pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC e forrar um tabuleiro com papel vegetal.
- Numa taça, bater o açúcar com a margarina até começar a ficar leve e fofo, de seguida acrescentar o ovo e a essência de baunilha e mexer mais um pouco.
- Noutro recipiente à parte, misturar os flocos de aveia com a farinha e envolver lentamente no preparado anterior, até ficar tudo bem misturado.
- Agora, com uma colher de sopa, deitar a massa sobre o tabuleiro em pequenos montes, com alguma margem de espaço entre eles.
- Levar a massa ao forno, durante aproximadamente 15 minutos, ou até as bolachas começarem a ficar com um tom dourado.
- Por fim, é só retirar as bolachas do forno e esperar que arrefeçam.
