Directions

  1. Reiswaffel zerbröseln. Nach und nach das Wasser angießen, bis eine geschmeidige (mettähnliche) Konsistenz entsteht.
  2. Nun das Tomatenmark hinzugeben, bis die Farbe gefällt. Sie sollte schon mettähnlich sein. Vorsichtig die Zwiebel untermischen.
  3. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und was einem sonst so beliebt würzen.
  4. Das ganze nun 5 Stunden (am Besten über Nacht) im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen

Ich mach dasso ähnlich immer aus Maiswaffeln, wird genauso lecker ist aber arsenfrei.
