Spinazie Pompoen Soep

Spinazie pompoen soep met wortels.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Schil en was alle groenten en snij deze in blokjes (behalve de spinazie).
  2. Gooi alle groentes in de pan (behalve de spinazie) met het water de olijfolie en het zout. Kook deze tot ze gaar zijn.
  3. Pureer met een staafmixer de groenten en voeg er de rijst bij. Laat dit dan nog 10 minuten koken.
  4. Gooi de spinazie erbij roer deze en zet het vuur uit.
  5. Serveer met nog een extra beetje zout.
