Directions

  1. Wodę, olej rzepakowy, koncentrat ketchup, cukier, ocet , wymieszać ze sobą w jednym garnku i doprawić sola i pieprzem do smaku. Zagotować, odstawić do wystygnięcia.
  2. Cebulę, paprykę i ogórki pokroić w kostkę i wymieszać ze sobą. Rybę przyprawić i obtoczyć w mące pełnoziarnistej, smażyć na oleju ryżowym.
  3. Rybę ułożyć w misce przekładając warstwami warzyw i sosu odstawić do lodówki na minimum 12 godzin żeby się potrawa przegryzła.
