Directions
- Die 4 Eier trennen, Eiweiß mit etwas salz steif schlagen.
- Das Eigelb mit dem öl schaumig schlagen.
- Die gemahlenen Mandel hinzugeben und mit 1/3 Eischnee verrühren.
- Mit zimt, zuckerersatz, vanillaroma "abschmecken".
- Restlichen Eischnee unterheben.
- In muffinsförmchen füllen und je 4-5 Himbeeren leicht eindrücken.
- Bei 200°C 20min backen.
