Котлетки из Рубленного Куриного филе на Пару

Вкусные и полезные котлетки из курицы.

Directions

  1. Куриное филе покрошить небольшими кубиками, добавить тертую на крупной терке морковь, мелко покрошенную луковицу, порубленную зелень.
  2. Посолить, добавить 2 яйца и немного французских трав (по желанию).
  3. Ложкой положить котлетки в пароварку, как оладьи. Готовить 20-40 минут.
