Directions
- Karotten und Feta in Würfel schneiden, Fleisch mit Pfeffer, Salz, Kräuter und Knoblauch würzen.
- Fleisch und Karotten in der Pfanne anbraten, mit Teriyaki Sauce ablöschen. Feta und Eier dazugeben und alles gut umrühren bis die Flüssigkeit verkocht ist.
- Kresse kleinschneiden und etwas unterrühren, den Rest zur Dekoration verwenden.
