Hackfleisch-Karotten-Pfanne

Directions

  1. Karotten und Feta in Würfel schneiden, Fleisch mit Pfeffer, Salz, Kräuter und Knoblauch würzen.
  2. Fleisch und Karotten in der Pfanne anbraten, mit Teriyaki Sauce ablöschen. Feta und Eier dazugeben und alles gut umrühren bis die Flüssigkeit verkocht ist.
  3. Kresse kleinschneiden und etwas unterrühren, den Rest zur Dekoration verwenden.
