Directions

  1. Tencereye soğanı ve yağı koyup kavurdum. soğan pembeleşince, 1 kaşık unu koyup birkaç kere karıştırdım.
  2. Sonra mercimeği ve soyup kuşbaşı doğradığım havucu ekleyip gene karıştırdım. Tabletleri de ekledikten sonra suyu ilave edip havuç ve mercimekler iyice ezilene kadar pişirdim.
  3. Pişince tuzunu ekledim ve çorbayı blendırdan geçirdim. Limonla birlikte çok lezzetli oluyor.
  4. Çorbanızın daha berrak ve pütürsüz olması için blenderdan geçirebilirsiniz. Et suyu yerine normal su ve 2 tane et suyu tableti kullana bilirsiniz
